Welcome to the start of your journey to BSEcho 2024, our hybrid annual conference.

In 2023, we continued our 32 year trend of successful conference with record attendance, brilliant feedback and a fantastic atmosphere. The 2023 hybrid platform delivered learning access to everyone whether they could get time off work to attend or not.

We know the effort that you put in daily to deliver the best to your patients. Despite the challenges that we face with workforce pressures and waiting lists, the Echo community continues to step up and work tirelessly to continue to improve and provide the best patient care you can. BSEcho 2024 allows us the time to reunite, to learn as one, laugh together, celebrate successes and share our experiences. It allows us a time to reflect and look ahead, individually and as a society.

The Education Committee and organisational team have worked very hard to deliver you a varied and contemporary programme this year for our 2024 hybrid conference in Edinburgh.
