The British Society of Echocardiography has announced that the 29th annual conference, BSEcho 2020, will go virtual in October this year.
With the landscape of global healthcare impacted heavily by COVID-19, this new format will allow echocardiographers across the world to access high quality education in an accessible, convenient way.
Jo Sopala, Executive Director said "I am delighted that we are launching our annual conference in this new format and excited for the opportunities that lie ahead. With recognition that last year's conference was reportedly our best yet, we want to ensure we continue to offer the most up-to date education and sharing of best practice in echo."

Whilst we can’t bring the community together physically, our virtual conference will offer opportunities to engage and access the peer support that is an essential part of BSEcho.”
The virtual conference will take place from Monday 5 - Saturday 10 October 2020.
