For security reasons you need to set up a new password in order to gain access to your account. You will not be able to use your old login details. To do this follow the steps noted below.
- Follow the sign in link at the top of the page
- Choose “Forgot my password”
- Enter your email address in the username field and click “Submit”. You will receive an email with details of how to reset your password. If the system cannot locate your email address, please contact us.
- Once you have reset your password, you can return to the site and log into the system. You will be taken to your personal landing page. On this page select your name, located in the upper right between the Sign Out and Cart links, to access your membership record.
- Remember to update your communication preferences - we need to know what kind of information you want to receive, so click here to update.
The information in your record is what we were able to transfer from our previous records. You now have an important opportunity to make additions or corrections. If you have questions regarding the new system or your membership, please contact us.
